The global director of Compliance and Legal of the J&F Group, Lúcio Martins, was recognized by Análise Editorial as one of the Most Admired Executives in the Agroindustry in 2025, in the Compliance category. The award, held in May this year, marks the second consecutive year that Martins appears in the ranking and highlights his leading role in the group’s governance and integrity.
“Receiving this recognition again is a source of pride. It shows that dedication, consistency and coherence in our compliance work make a difference and help strengthen the culture of integrity in the group,” says Martins.
With 20 years of experience in the legal department of multinationals, Martins leads the actions of J&F’s Compliance Program, one of the most robust in Brazil. He holds a degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR).
